Crab & Shrimp Quesadillas

Today’s quick lunch was pretty simple, I had some cooked shrimp and lump crab meat leftover from a previous meal that I needed to use and some Monterey Jack cheese & tortillas on hand…boom quesadillas for lunch it is! I made some homemade salsa using tomatoes, cilantro,garlic,onion and Trinidadian Scorpian Pepper(yes I love heat). There you have it folks a easy,scrumptious and fulfilling Saturday lunch. For all my Northeasterners who are feeling the Artic Cold,please stay warm and check on the elderly to make sure they are fine!! ❄❄❄❄❄
